Il Romagna Sangiovese Predappio DOC San Joves di SaDiVino è un'espressione autentica del terroir romagnolo. Questo vino, prodotto nella storica zona di Predappio, incarna la tradizione e il carattere indomito del Sangiovese. Alla vista, si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso, con riflessi leggermente granati.

Al naso, il San Joves offre un bouquet complesso e avvolgente: emergono profumi di frutti rossi maturi come ciliegia e prugna, accompagnati da note floreali di violetta e lievi sentori speziati di pepe nero e tabacco. Il passaggio in botte conferisce sfumature terziarie di vaniglia e cioccolato, che arricchiscono ulteriormente l'olfatto.

Al palato, il vino mostra una buona struttura e un'elegante tannicità, tipica del Sangiovese di Predappio. L'acidità vivace dona freschezza e bilancia perfettamente la componente alcolica, rendendo il San Joves armonioso e persistente. Il finale è lungo e piacevolmente fruttato, con ritorni di spezie dolci.
