Mezcal Jabalí by Convite in a 70 cl bottle presents a pronounced yet balanced aromatic profile: smoky and ash notes are noticeable, accompanied by vegetal nuances and citrus highlights that brighten the overall impression. The nose also reveals light spice and mineral hints. On the palate it is dry and savory, with well-integrated alcoholic warmth; smoky and earthy notes alternate with a subtle residual sweetness that adds depth. The finish is persistent, dry and slightly spicy.

For tasting, it is recommended to serve it at room temperature or slightly chilled in a tasting glass that enhances the aromas. It pairs with grilled meats, spicy dishes, aged cheeses or combinations involving dark chocolate; it is also interesting in cocktails requiring a smoky character. 70 cl bottle: consult the label for alcohol strength and ingredient details. It is aimed at those who appreciate intense flavors. Store away from light and heat; consume in moderation.
