The Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025 from Poderi Luigi Einaudi presents a fragrant, immediate profile: white flowers, ripe peach and delicate citrus notes intertwine with a hint of honey that lingers without weighing it down. The fine bubbles enliven the sip, while the natural sweetness is well balanced by lively freshness and a sapid character that keeps things balanced and clean. It is a light-bodied wine with a soft texture, designed for those who love aromatic wines without excess.

On the palate it confirms the aromatic promise with clear returns and a pleasant persistence: juiciness and softness coexist with bright drinkability. Excellent as an elegant aperitif, it pairs well with dry pastries, fruit desserts and soft cheeses; it can also handle pairings with slightly sweeter preparations thanks to its freshness. Serve very cold to highlight its liveliness; it suits convivial moments and those looking for a fragrant, unpretentious sip.
