Moscato d'Asti Cossetti is a pleasant sweet wine with the typical aroma and fragrance of Moscato grapes, skilfully processed by the historic family business of Castelnuovo Belbo - Piedmont.
The vinification is carried out with a soft pressing of the grapes; clarification at low temperature followed by filtration with conservation of the must in tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation is in an autoclave.
Intense aromas of fresh fruit and grapes arrive on the nose. The taste is decidedly fragrant and sweet, with a pleasant sour point.
Cossetti's Moscato d'Asti reflects the excellent qualities of this extraordinary aromatic vine, a perfect companion for any dessert, especially with dry pastries, an excellent accompaniment with fresh and dried fruit.
