The Muller Thurgau Pursgla Alto Adige DOC from Josef Weger is a white wine that highlights the grape's character within the Alto Adige context. Straw-yellow with greenish reflections, it presents delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple and a subtle herbal hint reminiscent of alpine vegetation. On the palate it is fresh and easy-drinking, with balanced acidity and a slender body; the finish is clean and slightly saline, encouraging relatively youthful but attentive consumption.

It pairs well with light seafood dishes, vegetable-based antipasti, salads and fresh cheeses, as well as simple regional dishes. Serve at around 8–10°C in not too large glasses to preserve its subtle aromas. Suitable for everyday drinking or to accompany an informal meal, it offers a genuine, unobtrusive profile that reflects the producer's touch without excesses.
