The Riesling Alto Adige DOC from Josef Weger shows an elegant, restrained profile typical of the variety. It displays straw-yellow highlights with good clarity. On the nose it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit, clear citrus and light floral hints; the aromatic picture remains clean and measured, without excess. On the palate it is balanced, with lively freshness supported by a saline mineral note; the sip keeps good tension and a clean progression that invites a second taste. Alcohol is well integrated and the finish returns citrus notes with a delicate persistence.

It pairs with seafood starters, steamed or grilled fish dishes, shellfish and mild fresh cheeses. It is also suitable for everyday drinking when a fresh, discreet but characterful wine is desired. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip glasses to enhance the aromas. Suited to those seeking a sober, well-defined Riesling representative of the freshness and aromatic precision of the area.
