The Sauvignon Myron Alto Adige DOC from Josef Weger is a white wine that highlights the varietal character of sauvignon grown in Alto Adige. It typically shows a clean, fragrant profile with a slim structure, lively acidity and a saline texture that supports the palate. On the nose there are herbaceous hints, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by citrus notes and a discreet mineral streak. The approach is modern and focused on freshness and aromatic purity rather than developed complexity, suitable for those seeking an immediate, clear and well-balanced wine.

Served chilled at around 8–10 °C, it works as an aperitif and with seafood starters, crudités, summer salads, light fish dishes and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with vegetable preparations and mildly flavored dishes. It is generally recommended to drink it young to enjoy the aromatic liveliness; its easy drinkability makes it suitable for both everyday meals and informal convivial occasions.
