In the glass it shows a light ruby color, bright in its reflections. On the nose it expresses itself delicately: rose petal, small red fruits and an earthy echo marked by fine spices; it is not a showy wine, but rather measured and communicative. The acidity is lively and supports a medium-bodied structure, while the well-defined tannins give precision to the sip without weighing it down. The result is an elegant, linear and substantial character, with a persistence that leaves traces of fruit and a final savory note.

On the palate it confirms the good balance between the fruity component and the acidic tension: the transition is clean, with a progression that favors freshness and drinkability rather than excessive warmth. The magnum format promotes softer maturation and a more harmonious expression over time; it is worth opening it a few minutes in advance or giving it a light decant if consumed immediately. Excellent with mushroom-based dishes, roasted or lightly braised meats and aged cheeses; serve at around 16–18 °C to appreciate its profile.
