The corporate philosophy of the Cusumano brothers is based on respect and fidelity to the origin characteristics of the grapes; this both in terms of aroma, conservation and typicality of the perfumes, and in the gustatory profiles which are the undisputed protagonists.
For these reasons, the line of monovarietals was born, wines that enclose the organoleptic characteristics of the native Sicilian grapes, expressing and enhancing all its simple and authentic aromas and flavors to the fullest.
Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane has a ruby red colour; it offers floral scents of iris and geranium to the nose, finely mixed with aromas of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub, to which are added fruity notes of wild blackberry and black cherry jam. The taste is particularly soft and round, with a soft but evident tannin, and a long persistence in perfect harmony with the sense of smell.
It goes perfectly with aged cheeses and red meats, especially with arrosticini and rabbit.
