Terre Siciliane is the line dedicated to the monovarietals of Cusumano able to perfectly combine price and quality; particularly balanced, immediate and graceful wines.
The vinification and aging are carried out in large stainless steel tanks before a brief stop in the bottle. Wines born to be consumed fresh, young, perfect to accompany all the more informal occasions.
The Syrah Terre Siciliane di Cusumano comes from grapes from the vineyards of Presti and Pegni, near Alcamo in the province of Trapani.
In the glass its typical fruity notes stand out surrounded by delicate and pleasant spicy hints. It shines in its dark ruby red color; to the nose there are fruity aromas of cherry and plum, with spicy aromas of black pepper. On the palate it is particularly warm, quite full-bodied and rich, with a characteristic closure on the fruit. Medium persistence.
An excellent wine to be consumed throughout the meal, perfect in combination with baked or grilled meat main courses.
