The Nobless Moscato Giallo 375 ml, produced by Ploner winery, represents an excellent expression of this aromatic varietal native to the Trentino-Alto Adige region. This sweet wine, characterized by a moderate alcohol content, is a real enological gem that combines tradition and innovation.

Visually, the Moscato Giallo displays a bright straw yellow color, with hints that lean towards golden. On the nose, it offers a complex and extremely captivating bouquet, dominated by aromas of exotic fruit such as peach and mango, accents of white flowers, and notes of aromatic herbs. This olfactory richness is typical of muscat, which is enhanced by the precise winemaking followed by Ploner winery.

On the palate, the wine is consistent with its olfactory promises: the sweetness is well balanced by a fresh acidity that cleanses the palate, leaving a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and encouraging another sip. The structure is delicate but persistent, with a finish that brings delightful echoes of ripe fruit and floral nuances.

Served chilled, the Nobless Moscato Giallo is ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, mildly spiced Asian cuisine, or desserts that are not overly sweet. It is also perfect for accompanying moments of conviviality and celebrations, thanks to its refined and lively bubbles.

This 375 ml bottle version is perfect for those who wish to enjoy an eno-gastronomic pleasure in smaller portions, always keeping an eye on the freshness and integrity of the wine.

Winery history
Plonerhof was born from the conversion of an old farmhouse into a vineyard, led by the Tutzer family. The first bottling trials date back to the 2010s, with production consolidating in the early years of the following decade. The estate combines the owners' vine-nursery expertise with direct vineyard management, developing over the years an identity focused on low yields, clonal selection and quality wines.
Production philosophy
Vineyards are cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment, employing minimal interventions and a strong emphasis on manual work; at the winery the focus is on careful grape handling and a calibrated aging regime that highlights varietal and terroir characteristics. The estate has also undertaken projects on resistant grape varieties and clonal selection.
Terroir and vineyards
Marlengo hill: sandy-clay soils with occurrences of granite, schist and gneiss; vineyards on the valley-facing slopes with steep gradients, which promote a marked diurnal temperature range and the aromatic ripening of the grapes.
Awards and recognitions
Mentions and awards for some wines: the winery's Solaris has been awarded or mentioned in PIWI contexts; the Pinot Noir is positively mentioned in specialist guides and rankings.
