Numa Rosso IGT BIO is a limited edition from Numa offering a red wine with a straightforward, natural character. Ruby in color, it opens with an inviting aroma, featuring fruity notes and a discreet spicy accent that add depth without dominating. On the palate it shows balanced structure, soft tannins and an acidity that supports the sip, delivering a linear and pleasant progression. Overall it reads as a wine chosen for drinkability and for respect of organic cultivation practices.

It pairs easily with everyday dishes and more structured preparations: grilled meats, flavorful sauces and semi-aged cheeses enhance its profile without overpowering it. We recommend serving at around 16–18 °C and opening shortly before service to allow the wine to breathe. Its organic nature and limited run make it an interesting choice for those seeking authenticity and sustainability in the bottle, both for informal consumption and for occasions when you want to offer something distinctive but not overly pretentious.
