The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesimato by Piera Martellozzo, with its Onedis label, represents one of the most refined expressions of this native Friulian variety, loved for its freshness and liveliness. This sparkling wine is produced using the extended Charmat method, which preserves the original aromas of the grape and adds complexity through longer contact with the yeast.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that gives life to a creamy and inviting mousse. On the nose, elegant aromas of fresh fruit such as pear, green apple, and a light hint of citrus emerge. These fruits are accompanied by floral nuances and a touch of minerality, further refreshing the bouquet.

On the palate, the Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesimato is lively and energetic. Its acidic freshness is balanced by a delicate softness, which along with the fine perlage, creates a pleasantly creamy texture. The aftertaste is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant clean sensation associated with fruity notes and slight minerality.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, raw or steamed fish, and vegetarian dishes based on spring vegetables. A true gem of Friulian winemaking, this wine offers a unique and memorable tasting experience, celebrating the Ribolla Gialla variety at its best in a sparkling version.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
