Orbis Ribolla Bio from Cantina Erzetiĉ is a white wine born in the heart of Collio, a land renowned for the production of native grape varieties such as Ribolla Gialla. This organic wine, obtained from grapes cultivated with environmentally friendly methods, expresses a fresh and mineral profile typical of its terroir of origin. The aging process, aimed at preserving the fruit's genuineness, enhances the varietal characteristics of Ribolla: on the nose, delicate notes of white flowers, citrus, and a slight touch of aromatic herbs are perceived.

On the palate, Orbis Ribolla Bio presents a vibrant acidity and a slender body, ensuring pleasure and gustatory consistency. Its persistence leaves a fresh and clean trace, ideal to accompany seafood dishes, light appetizers, and vegetarian cuisine, maintaining a perfect balance between structure and delicacy. An authentic and respectful interpretation of Friulian winemaking tradition.

Winery history
The Erzetič family has been in Višnjevik for centuries: the family estate has documented historical roots dating back to 1725 and in recent decades has been revitalised by the younger generations. The winery blends the traditional heritage of terraced vineyards with investments in the cellar and projects to transition to ecological practices.
Production philosophy
The approach combines respect for the land with contemporary techniques: careful viticultural practices, stainless-steel vinification for fresh wines, and selected ageing in oak barrels and large buried amphorae to express terroir and longevity.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in Višnjevik, Goriška Brda, the estate cultivates terraced vineyards on soils rich in marls and laporti, with flysch formations. The microclimate is influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and alpine currents, factors that contribute to the minerality and acidity typical of the local wines.
Awards and recognitions
The winery has received recognition in international competitions; public listings include medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards for some labels, including the Rebula in some editions.
