The Pecorino Inanfora Tullum DOCG from Feudo Antico is an organic white wine that retains the grape's typical character, with a profile combining notes of ripe citrus, white flowers and a touch of green apple. Aging in amphorae contributes to a clear palate structure and a restrained mineral note while preserving freshness. The mouth maintains good acidity that supports the structure and enhances aromatic persistence; on the palate it presents as balanced, medium-bodied, with almond echoes and a saline finish that invites unhurried enjoyment.

It pairs delicately with grilled fish, shellfish, sautéed vegetables and fresh cheeses; it is also suitable for Mediterranean dishes featuring citrus or aromatic herbs. Serve lightly chilled in glasses that are not overly large to highlight its expressiveness. The BIO certification and the Tullum DOCG designation are shown on Feudo Antico's label; more detailed product information is available from the seller. It is also suitable for more substantial aperitifs and for accompanying simple fish dishes; the label provides information on the organic production.
