A DOCG red wine from Feudo Antico, certified organic and vinified and aged in amphora as indicated by the name. It shows a bright ruby color; on the nose it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, nuances of darker berries, light spicy notes and a discreet earthy hint. The nose also reveals slight floral tones and a touch of aromatic herbs, without becoming intrusive. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with ripe tannins and balanced freshness that supports the sip; the finish is clean, with fruity echoes and pleasant persistence.

Well suited to pairings with not-too-fat red meats, roasts, rustic traditional dishes and medium-aged cheeses, it is also appropriate for informal dinners thanks to its drinkability. Production under organic regime and handling in amphora, by Feudo Antico and linked to the Tullum area, provide a straightforward expression of fruit and place, without enological excesses. Serve at a moderate temperature around 16–18 °C; if opened in advance, a short decanting can help to open the aromas.
