This Pecorino Offida DOCG Colle Vecchio from Cocci Grifoni shows a clear, straightforward personality typical of the variety. In the glass it displays a bright straw hue; on the nose it opens with notes of ripe white fruit, bread crust and subtle floral hints, underpinned by saline and mineral tones. The palate is fresh, with a balanced acidity that supports a medium-bodied structure; the finish is clean and invites a second sip without being intrusive.

It pairs well with delicate seafood dishes, grilled fish, light soups and vegetable preparations; it is also interesting with fresh soft cheeses. A moderately cool serving temperature is recommended to highlight the aromas and liveliness; suitable both as an everyday table wine and to accompany informal lunches. Subtle labeling and versatility make it a practical choice for those looking for an immediately approachable yet characterful white.
