This Pinot Bianco Toscana IGT from Tenuta Monteloro, Villa Antinori, offered by Marchesi Antinori, presents a restrained, clear profile. In the glass it shows a pale straw color with greenish highlights; on the nose there are hints of apple and ripe pear, alongside white flowers and delicate herbs. The aromatic intensity is moderate, leaning towards freshness rather than opulence, making it suitable for those seeking clarity and cleanliness in the palate.

On the palate it reveals a balanced texture, supported by lively freshness and contained softness; the body is medium-weight and the finish retains a fruity, slightly saline return. It pairs easily with mildly seasoned fish, white meats and fresh cheeses, and is best served young to appreciate its vivacity. It can also be enjoyed in informal pairings.
