Among the main olfactory nuances, there is a vast and intense presence of fruity aromas, including tropical ones, accompanied by clean and pleasant hints of apple, plum and hawthorn.
The acidity of the wine is balanced by a pleasant softness and a good structure which, together with the effect of the alcohol, contributes to an appreciable overall balance. The taste is rich and full-bodied, but with a pleasant freshness.
This wine lends itself to accompanying second courses based on white meat, but goes equally well with a legume soup or a preparation based on pumpkin and potatoes.
