Appearing in the glass with a light ruby robe, this Langhe Pinot Noir expresses immediate grace: ripe red fruits, hints of cherry and raspberry and a slight floral note that brings freshness without weighing it down. The profile stays nimble, supported by lively acidity and fine tannins that shape the sip with delicacy; the structure is medium-bodied, with a balance that favors fluidity and precision over opulence.

As a pairing it suits the everyday table but also more restrained dishes: cured meats and fresh cheeses, roasted or braised white meats, mushroom risottos and dishes featuring light truffle. Served slightly cool it enhances aromatic clarity and makes the wine inviting in its early years, while maintaining a modest short-term evolution. Its drinkability is immediate and invites a second glass, without losing finesse.

Winery history
La famiglia Rapalino è presente nelle Langhe da più generazioni; i bisnonni si stabilirono a Neviglie alla fine dell'Ottocento. I fratelli Claudio e Marco hanno iniziato a imbottigliare con il proprio nome alla fine degli anni Novanta, sviluppando progressivamente l'attività di cantina a partire dalle vigne di famiglia.
Production philosophy
L'approccio privilegia la cura del vigneto come radice della qualità: pratiche agricole attente alla sostenibilità, vendemmia manuale con selezione in campo, interventi in cantina contenuti e invecchiamento in legno dosato. Allo stesso tempo l'azienda integra tecnologie moderne per tracciabilità ed efficienza.
