The Pinot Nero Riserva Alto Adige DOC Mazon of Cortaccia is born in one of the most suitable areas of the South Tyrolean territory, where the high altitude and cool climate favor a slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes. This grape variety, famous for its elegance and complexity, expresses here a refined character and a broad bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and a slight hint of undergrowth.

Carefully aged in fine wooden barrels for a significant period, this Pinot Nero stands out for its balanced structure, silky tannins, and pleasant mineral freshness, a result of warm summer days alternating with cool nights typical of the Mazon area. The persistent finish reveals nuances of cherry and sweet tobacco.

Perfect paired with white meats, mushroom-based dishes, or soft cheeses, it best represents South Tyrolean excellence in the world of Pinot Nero.
