Prinsipi Langhe DOC Bianco from Conterno Fantino is an organic wine of the Langhe DOC denomination. Its bright straw color accompanies a clear, restrained bouquet: aromas of white-fleshed fruit, light floral hints and a mineral touch that contributes to a clean aromatic impression. The bottling favors drinkability and balance, without olfactory excesses.

On the palate it shows controlled freshness and a slim structure, supported by a lively yet unobtrusive acidity; the finish remains linear and pleasant, suitable for relatively early consumption. It pairs simply with baked or grilled fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses; it is also suitable for aperitifs when a non-demanding but characterful white is desired. Recommended to serve moderately chilled. Specific production details or vintages are not listed on the label provided here.
