Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a sparkling wine obtained with Glera grapes softly pressed after harvesting, and then fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Refine in autoclave for 3 months. The result is a lively bubble, particularly drinkable and pleasant on the palate.
Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose denotes a bouquet fruity with hints of ripe wild apple and sweet nuances of acacia flowers. When tasted, the hint of fruit stands out clearly, which accompanies a very pleasant finish.
A glass suitable to be consumed as an aperitif or used as an ingredient for a Prosecco-based cocktail.
