Vivi is a wine dedicated to Valeria Vivian, wife of Roberto Mascarin, who shared with him the realization of the “Valentine's Day” dream. From her initials comes an exhortation to life as well as a quote to the character of Wonder Woman, one a figure often associated with Valeria, since both were in fact united by the same great strength with which they have always faced life.

Cantina San Valentino has always manifested a deep desire to respect the environment, taking care of and enhancing the territory; for this reason all of its wines are the result of research, quality and tradition, and derive from an organic choice. A white whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and theFining takes place in cement on the lees for 8 months with periodic batonage.

A drink that has a straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose it releases and conquers for the sensational floral and fruity notes, perfectly blended with each other. A white that immediately shows itself when tasted fresh, balanced and pleasantly harmonious that will give the palate a feeling of great satisfaction and pleasure. Excellent for aperitifs and in combination with appetizers, first and second courses based on fish.

Winery history
The winery is a family-run operation tied to the Mascarin family; the business developed from the 1990s and in recent years management has also involved the Aureli family. Since the late 2000s the estate has adopted natural/organic vineyard practices and has progressively reorganized production, focusing on a few selected varieties and distinctive product ranges.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the vine, employing organic practices in the vineyard and aiming to produce wines that reflect the character of the grapes and the local microclimate. The winery clearly prioritizes vineyard quality as the starting point for its wines.
