The Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC is an authentic expression of the Rimini area, with the Tenuta Santa Lucia standing out for its production of superior quality wines. "Zingarina" is a refined selection of Rebola grapes, a variety that finds an ideal habitat in this area to fully express its character.

The wine has a bright straw-yellow color and offers delicate yet intense aromas of fresh fruit, floral notes, and a slight mineral touch reminiscent of the sea breeze, typical of the Rimini microclimate. On the palate, "Zingarina" expresses a lively and pleasantly balanced freshness, maintaining a light but complex structure, also thanks to careful and respectful vinification of the grape variety.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the Rebola. A short maturation on fine lees adds complexity and smoothness to the palate, making this white wine elegant and versatile.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Zingarina" pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, and light starters. It is also a perfect accompaniment for fresh cheeses and delicate vegetarian dishes.

Tenuta Santa Lucia, with a history rooted in a passion for the land and viticulture, confirms with "Zingarina" its status as a benchmark for white wine lovers in Emilia-Romagna, offering a juicy and authentic snapshot of its terroir.
