A white with good verve, the Rebola di Rimini DOC from Terre Cevico opens with a fresh bouquet of white flowers and light citrus notes, with a herbaceous hint that enlivens its character. The color is bright straw and the palate is lively, supported by a pleasant acidity that makes it immediately approachable without being predictable: the body remains slender yet present, with a sapidity that prolongs the finish and an enveloping texture that invites a second glass.

On the table it moves naturally, pairing with not overly heavy seafood dishes, local appetizers, fresh cheeses and preparations based on grilled vegetables; also excellent as an aperitif. It should be served cool, around 8–10 °C, preferably in a large glass to capture its aromatic range; it lends itself to being enjoyed young to appreciate its vitality. Those looking for a gentle, thirst-quenching white will find it a reliable companion for informal dinners and convivial moments.
