Renosu Bianco di Dettori is a white wine with a measured profile and good character, able to combine freshness and substance without forcing. The bouquet opens with notes of white flowers and light-fleshed fruit, with citrus hints and a subtle mineral tension that supports its drinkability. On the palate it shows a balance between lively acidity and a savory body, with a softness that does not mask flavor precision: the sip remains clean and pleasantly persistent, suited to those who seek a white with personality but not overpowering.

The magnum version, presented in a wooden case, showcases the wine both in the cellar and as a refined gift; the larger capacity promotes slower maturation and an elegant presence on the table. Excellent served cool but not ice-cold, it pairs naturally with seafood, shellfish and light risottos, as well as fresh cheeses and sautéed vegetables; a versatile companion for informal dinners and occasions when a balanced, substantial white is desired.
