The Rie Riesling DOC from Tenute Del Garda shows a bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose it offers delicate notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus, together with subtle mineral hints that convey a sense of cleanliness and lightness. The intensity is measured, with an aromatic profile that favors freshness over development and invites drinking it young to appreciate its vibrant fruity component.

On the palate it displays a balance based on lively acidity and a slim structure; the body remains restrained, with a discreet persistence on lemon, pear and a slight herbal note. It is suitable as an aperitif and can accompany steamed fish, spring salads or fresh cheeses, matching the wine's energy and clarity. Recommended serving temperature around 8–10 °C. It also pairs well with shellfish dishes and grilled vegetables; its liveliness makes it versatile for informal meals. It is advisable to consume it within the first years to capture its freshness.
