Rosé DOC Volenterosa di Tenute Del Garda is a rosé DOC noted for its immediacy and pleasant drinkability. In the glass it shows a pale pink colour with salmon highlights; on the nose it opens with hints of small red fruits, meadow flowers and light citrus touches. The palate is slender and smooth, with balanced freshness and barely perceptible tannins that enhance its drinkability. The finish is clean and of good aromatic persistence, without excess. Its light structure makes it suitable for various occasions and the aromas remain harmonious without overpowering the food.

Versatile and well suited to informal consumption, it works as an aperitif and with cold starters, not overly structured fish dishes, composed salads and fresh cheeses. It is recommended to serve it fairly cold, around 8–12 °C, in a wide glass that brings out the aromas. Best enjoyed young to fully appreciate the primary freshness; store in a cool, dark place.
