A clear, bright ruby, this Rossese shows an elegant, unobtrusive profile. On the nose there are aromas of red berries, cherry and raspberry, with light floral nuances and a hint of Mediterranean herbs; the aromatic profile remains clean and straightforward, without overlapping notes. It’s a wine that favors balance over opulence: lively freshness and a light salinity make the sip neat and inviting, ideal for those looking for an easy-drinking everyday red with character.

On the palate it confirms its smoothness, with a medium-light body, soft tannins and good acidity that carry the wine through to a pleasantly persistent finish. A serving temperature between 14 and 16 °C helps to bring out its aromas and freshness. It pairs naturally with more structured fish dishes, pasta with pesto or light sauces, delicate cured meats and white meats; it also works well as a table wine for informal gatherings.
