Elegant and measured, this Rulander Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige surprises with the cleanliness of its aromatic profile and overall balance. In the glass it offers sensations of green apple and ripe pear, hints of wildflowers and a delicate almond that gives character without weighing it down. The acidity is lively but well integrated, the texture is medium-bodied with pleasant drinkability; the final salinity brings the sip to a fresh, dry close, without excess. Exemplary in style, it remains immediate and straightforward, suited to many occasions.

On the palate there is immediacy and precision: a crisp, clean sip with returning fruity notes and a light mineral touch that lengthens the finish. Best enjoyed young, it is ideal with seafood starters, delicate fish dishes, vegetable risottos or fresh cheeses; serve at around 10-12 °C to enhance its liveliness. Also excellent as an aperitif and for pairings with light ethnic cuisine. It’s a wine to drink to accompany everyday moments but also meals that call for a versatile, unobtrusive bottle.
