Obtained thanks to the ancient Coffey still used for distillation, this rum combines depth and aromatic complexity. The aging takes place in oak barrels that were previously dedicated to the prestigious Diamond whisky, imparting to the distillate intense notes of caramel, molasses, spices, and light toasted hints. The 2000 vintage refers to an incredible concentration of aromas matured over time, with a full and enveloping structure that testifies to its long stay in the cask.
