Production is based on distillates obtained primarily from Demerara sugar molasses; a combined use of column distillates (including a wooden Coffey) and historic pot/wooden stills (Port Mourant, Enmore, Versailles) is followed by aging in wooden casks and blending of different vintages and house marques.
