On the nose, you can appreciate hints of caramel and dried fruit, while the palate reveals a surprising complexity for a young rum, with hints of honey and light tropical tones. The finish leaves a pleasant persistence, inviting another sip. Perfect both neat, for refined spirits lovers, and as a base for classic cocktails that require a rum with a decisive and harmonious character. An authentic example of the purest Caribbean tradition.

Distillation
Blend of distillates from Coffey column(s) (including a wooden Coffey) and historic pot/wooden stills (Port Mourant, Enmore, Versailles and other stills preserved at Diamond), combining column and pot still techniques.
Ageing
Aging in wooden casks (extended maturation in the Demerara climate), followed by blending (assembly) of the aged distillates; some expressions specify the minimum age of the blend (e.g. 3–25 years).
