The Rum Demerara 3Yo of El Dorado is born in the historic Demerara region, in Guyana, a land famous for producing rich and enveloping rums. This distillate, obtained from molasses, ages for three years in oak barrels that give it a smooth structure, with vanilla hints and light woody notes. The typical character of Demerara is immediately recognizable thanks to its natural sweetness, balanced by a pleasant freshness and a slightly spicy nuance.
On the nose, you can appreciate hints of caramel and dried fruit, while the palate reveals a surprising complexity for a young rum, with hints of honey and light tropical tones. The finish leaves a pleasant persistence, inviting another sip.
