The Rum Planetary Cut & Dry, produced by Planetary, comes from a careful selection of fermented molasses and distilled with methods that enhance the purity and complexity of the distillate. This rum stands out for the balance between freshness and richness, a characteristic achieved through careful aging that brings out the drier and spicier notes, hence the term "Dry".
On the nose, intense aromas of cane sugar, vanilla, and sweet spices are perceived, accompanied by slightly herbaceous and citrusy nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a full but elegant body, where toasted and woody notes intertwine with fruity hints and a dry finish that invites another sip.
