The Sangiovese di Romagna DOC "Ravaldo" by Stefano Berti expresses the typical character of the grape variety in the Romagna setting. In the glass it shows a ruby-red color with lively highlights; on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry and raspberry, followed by herbaceous hints and delicate spices. The aromatic intensity is restrained but identifiable, with a profile that favors freshness and straightforwardness over opulence.

On the palate it is frank and balanced, with soft tannins and an acidity that supports drinkability. The structure is moderate, suitable both for everyday conviviality and for pairings with regional cuisine: tomato-based sauces, grilled white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 16–18 °C to appreciate the aromas and pleasant finishing persistence. A wine to drink with attention, without pretension and with the typical directness of Romagna Sangiovese.
