The Sangiovese di Romagna Supeiore DOC "Le Betulle" by Leone Conti is a straightforward, honest red wine that expresses the variety named on the label. In the glass it shows a clear, medium ruby colour; on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light spice and a hint of herbaceousness. The structure is balanced, with gentle tannins and a freshness that supports the sip without overpowering.

Perfect for everyday drinking but with enough personality to stand up to traditional dishes. It pairs well with cured meats, pasta with ragù, white meats and medium-matured cheeses. Being BIO, it is suitable for those seeking products from organic farming; storage and serving benefit from attention to temperature, preferably cool but not cold. A wine for those who value varietal clarity, to enjoy in company or with simple, flavorful dishes.
