The Sangiovese IGT from Ronchi di Castelluccio displays a sober and immediate profile, aimed at those seeking a characterful red without fuss. In the glass it shows a medium-intensity ruby color; on the nose there are hints of fresh red fruit, light floral notes and a mineral touch. The temperament is balanced: lively acidity and moderate tannins support the sip without weighing it down, returning a smooth, pleasant mouthful. The structure allows it to be enjoyed young but also to accompany more substantial dishes.

It pairs easily with simple Italian dishes: tomato-based pastas, bean soups, white meats and semi-firm cheeses. It can also accompany light grills and mushroom-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18 °C and briefly decant if you wish to open up the aromas. It is offered as a label to be consumed in the short–medium term; store in a cool, protected place to avoid altering its characteristics.
