The Sauvignon IGT "Vie" from San Patrignano presents as a white wine focused on immediacy and balance. In the glass it shows a bright straw color; on the nose it reveals a delicate, fresh profile with subtle green and fruity notes, recalling citrus and white-fleshed fruit without exaggeration. On the palate it is generally fresh, with a lean structure and good balance between acidity and softness, resulting in a smooth, easy-drinking character. A pleasant minerality supports the sip without weighing it down.

It is suited to early consumption and pairs simply with light dishes: vegetable appetizers, grilled fish, shellfish and fresh or soft cheeses. It also works as an aperitif wine for a pleasant, unassuming drink. Recommended serving temperature around 8–10 °C, and tulip-shaped glasses to highlight the aromas. Short-term storage in a cool, dark place.
