The Sauvignon "Pepi" Alto Adige DOC from Tramin presents a fresh, straightforward profile typical of whites from this region. Bright straw color, a bouquet of delicate herbaceous hints alongside citrus and white-fleshed fruit notes; overall restrained and clearly defined. On the palate it is lively with present acidity, a slim structure and a slightly saline sensation that carries the sip to a balanced, persistent finish.

It is a versatile white suited to light dishes such as seafood starters, carpaccios, salads with protein elements and vegetable-based plates; it also pairs well with fresh cheeses. Best served chilled at around 8–10 °C to appreciate its freshness and immediate aromas. A suitable choice for those seeking a Sauvignon with character but without excess, intended to be enjoyed young. Offers good everyday drinkability.
