On the palate it is round and clean, with good structure and a gentle warmth that supports a balanced sip; the finish is clear but not intrusive, leaving an overall impression of balance and finesse. The boxed packaging makes it suitable for a collection or as an elegant gift; for tasting it lends itself to a contemplative sip in a tulip glass or tumbler, with a few drops of water if you wish to open up its aromatic profile further. Distillation
Copper pot still distillation with plant including a gin still, wash and spirit stills; 'grain-to-glass' process for single malt whisky and botanical distillation for the gins. The new plant was installed with copper stills and equipment for mashing/fermentation.
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks using different types of barrels depending on the expression: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry (Oloroso, PX), Scottish oak casks and finishes in selected casks for some limited editions.
