This Single Malt from M&H Distillery, presented as Apex Dead Sea Batch #19, displays a composed and immediate profile: on the nose it opens with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus, a delicate wildflower honey and a pleasant saline tension reminiscent of sea air. The impression is one of balance between softness and freshness, with a medium-full body that caresses the palate without weighing it down; the character is clean, with gentle hints of sweet spices and a faint peatiness that gives it personality.

On the palate it confirms the olfactory promise: it wraps you in warmth and a silky texture, then yields to a savory salinity that supports the sip through to a pleasant, not excessive finish. It is well suited to be enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to release more hidden aromas; it pairs well with desserts featuring dried fruit, dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and is also interesting alongside a cigar that is not too strong.
