The Solarea Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato from the Agriverde winery is a distinguished rosé wine that captures the authentic essence of the Abruzzo region. This wine is classified as Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC), ensuring its quality and the integrity of its place of origin.

Produced primarily from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, its vinification involves a brief contact with the skins, which imparts that characteristic cerasuolo rosé color—intense yet delicate. The fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruity and floral aromas typical of this varietal.

On the nose, the Solarea Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato offers a rich and complex bouquet, with clear notes of small red fruits like cherries and raspberries, enriched by a slight floral hint of roses and a subtle nuance of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly lively, with good acidity that balances the fruity tones and ensures a persistent and refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, or white meats. It is also an excellent companion for a summer evening or an outdoor lunch, where its freshness can be fully appreciated.

The Solarea Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato from Agriverde is not just a wine but a true symbol of Abruzzo's winemaking excellence, capable of offering a rich and unforgettable tasting experience.
