In the glass it presents a pale pink with luminous highlights, accompanied by a fine perlage that invites a sip: the stylistic signature of Santa Margherita’s magnum version is evident in the generous breadth of the sip. On the nose there are hints of crisp red fruits and small flowers, supported by a citrus note that keeps the profile fresh and immediate; it is not an overloaded wine, but develops harmoniously, favoring balance and clarity rather than opulence. The palate is slim, supported by lively acidity and a salinity that lengthens the tasting without weighing it down.

The magnum bottle is made for convivial moments: ideal to open with seafood starters, sushi or delicate dishes, but it also stands up well to white meats and more creative pairings. Served chilled, it maintains its freshness for a long time, making the sip smooth and enjoyable through to the finish, where a clear fruity memory and a sensation of lightness remain, inviting another glass.
