Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
With fine, persistent perlage, this Classic Method Brut sparkling wine from Alto Adige shows a bright, linear profile: on the nose there are notes of green apple, pear and a citrus hint, with a light biscuity base that supports without overpowering. You can also perceive a subtle bitter almond note that balances the freshness. The sip is fresh and sapid, with lively acidity that structures the palate and a slim but well-defined texture; the bubbles contribute a pleasant creaminess, while the finish remains consistent and clean.

It is perfect as an aperitif but also supports delicate preparations: fish carpaccios, shellfish, shellfish-based dishes and fresh cheeses find a good balance with its freshness. It also works well with appetizers of grilled vegetables and simple dishes from lake cuisine. Serve chilled, in well-chilled flutes, to appreciate the fineness of the bubbles and the lightness of the sip; an effective choice when looking for an elegant, non-intrusive wine, suitable both for informal moments and for more refined dinners.
