The "Spumante Metodo Classico Rosè Brut" by Venturini Baldini is a versatile and fascinating expression of viticulture from Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to lovers of refined sparkling wines. The Venturini Baldini winery, situated in the hills of Reggio Emilia, is known for its meticulous attention to grape selection and winemaking practices that enhance the varietal and territorial peculiarities.

Primarily made from Lambrusco grapes, this rosè sparkling wine stands out for its bright and lively color, a delicate pink that heralds the complexity and finesse of the bubbles. The winemaking process begins with a gentle pressing followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures, then moving to the crucial phase of refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method, which includes a minimum period of 24 months on the yeast.

On the nose, the Spumante Metodo Classico Rosè Brut from Venturini Baldini immediately reveals an intense olfactory range, with notes of small red fruits, wild strawberries, and a slight nuance of toasted bread resulting from the long maturation period on the yeast. On the palate, the wine enters elegantly, displaying a medium body and a lively freshness that balances its structure. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, leaving a creamy sensation that invites another sip.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it perfect paired with delicate dishes based on fish, shellfish, or as an accompaniment to a not-too-sweet dessert. Invite your customers to discover this jewel of Italian bubbles, perfect for celebrating special occasions or making an everyday moment unique.
