Pairing Appetizers, fish, aperitifs
In the glass it shows a pale, bright pink, framed by a fine, lively perlage that invites a sip. On the nose it expresses delicate notes of small red berries and a light floral hint; the freshness is immediate but well integrated, supported by an acidic streak that keeps the wine lifted. The Metodo Classico gives the profile a creamy texture without weighing it down, creating a pleasant balance between softness and tension. The structure is clean, with a pleasant sapidity that calls for the next sip.

On the palate it is savory, slim and easy-drinking: the flavor remains concentrated in the fruity echoes while the bubbles cleanse the palate and extend the finish. It works well as an aperitif, but pairs nicely with delicate seafood dishes, sushi and light white meats; it can also accompany fruit-based desserts that are not overly sweet. Serve cold, preferably around 6-8°C, to appreciate the freshness and finesse of the sip. It is a wine that invites sharing, suitable for light banquets and informal moments.

Winery history
La Garofoli is a family-run company that has been part of Marche viticulture for generations. The company's official website presents the business as "Italian estate since 1901" and describes a family history developed over multiple generations; other specialized sources and technical datasheets report references to the family's activity as early as the late 19th century and to commercial production in vintages predating the 1900s. The company subsequently evolved with facilities in Castelfidardo and vinification structures for Verdicchio in the Serra de' Conti area, and expanded its presence with wines from Conero and other local appellations.
