From the heart of Abruzzo's wine-growing region comes the Spumante Rosè Brut "Tratturo" created by Cantine Spinelli, a winery that has made tradition and innovation its fundamental pillars. This sparkling wine is a vibrant expression of the territory, primarily made from Montepulciano grapes, known for their robustness and aromatic intensity.
The cuvée features a soft and bright pink color, the result of a brief maceration of the skins which reveals the delicate soul of this wine. The fine and persistent bubbles anticipate a rich and inviting olfactory experience, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, enhanced by floral nuances and a slight touch of toasted bread, due to the fermentation in the bottle according to the long Charmat method.
On the palate, the Spumante Rosè Brut "Tratturo" is lively and fresh. The attack is fruity and well balanced by a pleasant acidity that leads to a clean and persistent finish.
