Made exclusively with Glera grapes, this sparkling wine is distinguished by a fine and persistent perlage, typical of the Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin that rigorously preserves the identity of high-quality prosecco.

On the nose it releases delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, such as green apple and pear, accompanied by almond notes that enrich the bouquet. The sip is soft yet lively, with a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity that makes it extremely drinkable and refined. The aging takes place in steel, ideal for keeping the freshness and varietal characteristics intact.

Winery history

The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. Today their children continue the business, preserving traditional practices in the terraced vineyards and hand-tending the vines.

Production philosophy

They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.

The vineyards are located on the steep hills of Combai, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, at the foothills of the Prealpi Bellunesi: a terraced landscape where heroic viticulture is practiced and grapes are grown for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and wines from native grape varieties.
