Supertuscan vinifies in steel, ages 18 months in barrique and ages in the bottle 6 months before being put on the market. The name of "Do Ut Des" to the most prized wine of the company derives from: I give, so that it may be given to me, a prayer to our land.
A wine that appears in the glass with a color rintense and deep ruby bone. The bouquet is ample and delicate, and offers a persistent and seductive olfactory path defined by aromas of sweet spices, notes of licorice and fruity aromas of plums and black cherries.
On the palate it is bursting and rich, with evident tannins that a few years of refinement could certainly smooth them out and give it that extra touch. A full and solid sip that gives an intense and elegant flavor. A powerful Tuscan red with great personality that in combination with game, roasts and important meat-based dishes will certainly conquer the palate.
